Hello any assistance will be helpful. Just purchased the sound bar 30 days ago. It was working till i try to pair the subwoofer. I pressed the volume button for too long it made a sound now my samsung series 8 recognizes the unit but won't play sound. It works via bluetooth frim the TV and phone. I performed a factory reset and unpluged all the wires. I also changed the hdmi to the arc connection. Any advice. Thanks
