i have a problem with my soundbar

i have a model omni sb1+ that no longer works with the factory remote. it works with the buttons on the bar itself. i tried to reset but no dice. the one time i actually got through to cs they sent me a new remote and the same thing, no go. i have been trying to get ahold of cs now for 5 days and no one calls back. Does anyone know of another way to contact them. I also tried email but got the standard answer to call tech support who never call back. The web site doesnt tell how to this repaired. Anyone have any ideas?
