Surroundbar one-step speaker

Since a few weeks, my sound system would need to be started 2 times before starting to emit sound. Now, i need to unplug, wait a little, sacrifice a virgin and hope it work when i plug it again.

How to repair that problem? The Customer service never answered my question.
