Recall and refunds warranted?

I think that Poll should issues a recall, and or refund people for this speaker no questions asked. With the lack of a fix for the numerous issues this speaker is having now reachng over 4 months, I believe this is totally unreasonable. I really want to love this speaker, and I do when it works. The problem is I literally don't know if it will work properly ever. So much for having people over to watch a flick, cast some tunes.
