Not as great as LSAF karma, but a close second! :smiley:

I have a brand new Monoprice tube hybrid integrated amp! Tube pre, SS amp.

Some history on this amp. This is my 3rd from Monoprice. The first 2 were covered under warranty.

The first, being tube ignorant, just thought is was cool. And cheap. I plugged it it, and poof! Smoke cloud, burning electrical smell (love it) and nothing. Dead. No worries, Monoprice has a pretty good return policy.

The second, ran ok, paired easily with my iPhone, used to push my TSI200s for a few months, no issues. About a month ago, the thing started humming loudly without any signal going into it, even at zero volume. WTH?

The third, I just got another replacement a few days ago, no return policy issues, they sent me a shipping label as before. I'll give it another spin. Now the bluetooth connectivity sucks! Phone keeps dropping. Lots of static, phone drops in and out. Did the usual troubleshooting, but did not want to break the chassis seal to void the warranty. Could it be as simple as a poor connection to the BT antenna! You'll have to let us know!

Lots of fun for you guys that love to pop the hood with an ohm meter and soldering gun in hand! Besides this gives me an excuse to jump into the SET rabbit hole! :smiley:

    Will the winner of this handsome unit be able to return it if the Bluetooth connection is acting up? Is that shipping label only to be used by the original purchaser?

    Not in, but wonderful karma! I had one briefly, but had an issue with one of the channels. I returned it and opted to go a different route. But, I will say that this is a cool little integrated and the channel that did work actually sounded very good.
