Polk Magnifi Max Bluetooth turning off

Polk just sent me a new sound bar to address the issue of Bluetooth devices not staying connected and the bar turning on and off. All bluetooth devices that I am using work great with a Bose bluetooth capable speaker. I need to find an answer to this problem or find out how to return this surround bar. By the way, the new bar is doing exactly the same thing.
