Signa S1 Remote Control Not Working

I purchased a Signa S1 on March 23, 2018. The sound bar remote does not work. I replaced the battery from the box, but it had no effect.

I would venture Polk will send a replacement remote, call 1-800-377-7655 select option 2 for parts. They'll want the unit's serial number.
