My subwoofer doesnt work anymore, sometimes I heard brittle sound , but most of the time no sound at all , using yamaha receiver with 7.2 channel, already change the configurations of my polk speakers front(small) surrounds left and right (small), surround back (small), crossover 40 hrz and already replaced subwoofer cable (I though cable problem is the culprit) that connected from the sub out of receiver to the LFE input of the subwoofer and . All my speakers are connected directly to my receiver. I did call polk audio 7 times between morning to 4 pm last week but to no avail always forwarding may call to answering machine. .
