Magnifi Mini loses connection with sub

I recently purchased a Magnifi Mini. I have been super happy with it but recently noticed that after about 30 minutes of operation, the sub will drop connection with the soundbar.
When I try the manual sync process, it is not successful. However, I am able to get them to sync by unplugging both the soundbar and sub but this is obviously incredibly annoying and has been happening more frequently. Does anyone have a solution for this or recommendations?

I recommend checking with Polk's customer support line at: 1-800-377-7655 follow the prompts for soundbar assistance. I'm sure they can help. -

The issue deals with corrupted software in the soundbar, and the only way to fix it is to flash a copy of the working software onto the soundbar. I have the software and the tools to do it if you can send me your soundbar, I've successfully done it a number of times. Polish or German shipping
