Wife’s surgery

My wife has been having problems with her gallbladder here lately and recently found it is being removed. The surgery was supposed to be yesterday at 5am, which changed to 10am which changed to 6pm which went to today some time soon. She’s been in pre-op for nearly 3 hours waiting on another surgery that’s been going on.

Prayers much appreciated if that’s something you do:-) many many thanks in adbvance!!!

    Prayers sent, if it's any consolation, it's a fairly easy and common operation. She may have to supplement something for her digestion afterwards. Hopefully everything goes well with no complications.

    The main discomfort is the temperature in surgical suites, so be sure to let her know to ask for warming blankets.

    Thanks for all the replies. I’ve been waiting since 8am. They called two hours after saying she was still in pre-op and haven’t heard anything since.

    Glad to hear it all went smoothly. Hoping the pain subsides shortly. It's usually just there for a few days, then a few of some mild discomfort, then...bada boom, bada bing, good as new following this procedure.
