SurroundBar SDA - no audio at startup until volume is raised

in Troubleshooting
When I turn on my cable box and tv (tv speakers are off), there is no sound. The light is green. If I push the volume button once, the volume immediately comes on at the right level. How can I get the sound to come on immediately?

    Tom, try Polks customer service #. They have more experience troubleshooting soundbars. Might be quicker than waiting for a response on this thread.
