What if Spakles returns and desides to start squating on your speaker stands?. Besides sand is going for around 10$ a ton. I know i would hate to have to turn my kitty into a rug over a $1.50 worth of sand.

Well.... the plan would be to, upon Sparkles unlikely return, re-utilize the litter by placing it back into the proper receptacle.
Of course this would necessitate replacing said litter with another appropriate speaker stand filling substance, thus delaying the eventual expenditure for same.

I can see it now. Kitty is going to return (or maybe your next cat), smell your speaker stands and start using them as a toilet because she/he will associate the smell with a litter box. Then you'll have a new set of problems.

I didn't mean to make fun of the demise of a family pet, I am just not a big cat lover. When I finished my gameroom I moved our x-cats litter box. He took to doing hi business behind my TV, near his old litter box spot. That's what made me think of your situation. It's all good. Let me know how that whole kitty litter thing works out for you. lol

No worries, mate........I'm havin' a little fun with it too. When you live in coyote territory you figure your cats aren't going to be around forever anyway. HOWEVER.....Sparkles WAS a great cat and I do miss her. She made a great foot warmer in bed :(

 Is that what made him an x-cat???
