Problem with the 3000 series soundbar

Recently we're not getting sound from the soundbar unless we manually unplug and then plug back in the connections on the bar. Is there a short somewhere? Also the volume is much louder when it does come back on. Unit is probably around 5 years old.

    Welcome to Polk's forum. Try switching off the AC power selector on the bar and unplug the AC power cord. Wait a few minutes reconnect the power cord and switch on the AC selector. If no result give Polk a call at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1.
