DSW Micropro 2000 sub

Bought this used, tested well at sellers home.....played when hooked up with my rig then after 30 min. the blue volume light started flashing eradically and constantly even though I wasn't touching the remote.
Check power chords, LFO cable, checked fuse...was burnt out, called POLK and they gave me the fuse #, ordered it, came and I installed new fuse. Still doesn't work, no lights of any kind....replaced battery in remote....no luck.
When I plug in the sub to the wall outlet the room lights change slightly so I know the sub is getting power.....checked all things in the Troubleshoot part of the manual. What should I try next??? HELP
