How to Factory Reset BOOM Urchin?

I heard on a separate forum that BOOM speakers like mine can only connect with maximum two devices at a time. I connected two phones to the Urchin previously. Now that I'm trying to connect a third, it won't connect. I heard that a factory reset will open up the Urchin's memory and allow it to forget my last two phones and connect to my new one.

But I can't find a manual or any indication on how to factory reset the BOOM Urchin. Plz halp

Welcome to Polk's forum. Probably for that question a call to 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 would be a good idea.
