oh man I had a adapter for you the does they 1/4 to mini jack made by Grado that is excellent. I could use both small to large and large to small because of the extension. The adapter that I am using with your Micro is pretty temperamental but it all depends on which cans and cables. Some of these OEM cables that I have are like thin as thread. I will look up the Grado and see if I can get one. -
