Polk Surroundbar 4000 - No remote function

My Polk Surroundbar 4000 does not receive the signals from the remote, either the included remote or any remote that I have tried to use with the learn function. Does anyone know exactly where the receiver is located?

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry there's a problem with the 4000's remote. I don't know precisely where the remote receiver is located, but usually it is in the center of the front grille area near the bottom. I would recommend giving Polk's CS department a call on Monday at 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and they'll help you get things working.
