Signa s1 sound bar volume goes up on its own.

We just purchased the sound bar and we're setting up sub woofer and sound bar, both seemed to be working. Now everytime we turn it down it Turns itself back up on its own. It also won't power off when you hit the off button or hold it down.

Welcome to Polk's forum. Those are unusual symptoms, I would recommend contacting Polk's customer service department at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1 and have the speaker's serial number handy when you contact them. They'll get you squared away quickly.
