    So, Jake Allen has faced.... let's call it 120 shots on goal in 3 games. That's 40 shots per game. He's allowed 3 goals.
    He's very good, and he's been very lucky.
    I need to search for a clip that shows the Blues' Reeves lighting up Minnesotas' ... I can't remember his name. Absolutely clean hit (Bob Plager style). There was a NICE hockey mom with her young (12 ?) son where the hit occurred and the look on the kid's face .... PRICELESS. Mom, btw, was on her cellphone. :D
    The announcers didn't seem to be as impressed with the Wild's efforts as we were.

    To again steal a line from Star Wars (actually Space Balls), the Schwartz is with us.

    The Rangers/Canadians series was a real slobberknocker. Just watching some of the highlights made me sore.
    The Blues made it past the Wild in OT, so they made it past the first-round-and-out jinx that we're REAL familiar with.
    Jake Allen is going to give me ulcers before it's over He was HOT, but if he keeps meandering BEHIND the net ...... I'm going to have to turn to hard liquor ! :o

    The Predators have got to be sky high right now with how they handled the Blackhawks. It'll be one tough series for the Blues.

    This year 5 Canadian teams made it in to the playoffs and so far only 1 has made it out of the first round.

    The Habs and the Flames are already eliminated, Ottowa and Toronto are in a battles with Boston and Washington.

    The Oilers are on to round 2.
