Woodbouurn frustratingly switching off and loosing WIFI connection

I recently purchase a Woodbourn and it constantly drops the WIFI signal and just stops working, plus c cannot seem to operate at all on Bluetooth - is this common and is there a known fix. I have done all of the updates - but that just runs and no message complete etc??? Disappointed -0 sound is good when works!!!
