When low frequency hits in any content along with the bass I get a chirping/squeaking noise I have made sure all the screws are snug and nothing is loose, I'm at a loss as this has become very distracting. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Those kinds of noises can be hard to pin down. If you reduce the playing volume do the sounds go completely away?

Only if I turn the volume down low enough that the LFE never kicks the sub in. Any output from the sub has the chirp along with it. I have recorded it at this dropbox link

Yeah that's what it sounds like

If you're referring to the distortion that happens at .06 seconds that sounds like a damaged woofer voice coil rubbing. The woofer needs to be replaced, assuming you live in the U.S. telephone Polk CS at 1-800-377-7655 select option 1. If you've owned the sub for less than 5 years and are the original owner be sure and have a copy of your sales receipt handy when you call.
