Hi Brett,
Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood your speaker uses a passive radiator (no voice coil or magnet needed). The speaker probably has a 6.5" active driver and this is what needs to be replaced. Do you know the model number of your speaker?
Regards, Ken -
Polk sells them through their customer service department available either at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 2 or via email to: polkcs@soundunited.com I believe they will ship to other countries. Also, they might be found on eBay but use the usual seller ratings for making sure you get a good unit.

Now i understand what it is. The active driver is a MW6502. I will not be able to get a replacement for this where i am. Can you recommend something for me to replace it with? thank you so much for your hlp.

where are you? MW6502 is very common on the used market and I believe Polk still sells new drivers
