SB6500 Wireless Sub makes popping sound

Makes occasional popping sound even on what I would consider low volume. Only about 2 months old and has done this since day 1. It is connected via bluetooth to the matching soundbar which is wirred directly to my TV.

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. Usually a potential cause of this kind of problem is interference between a network router and the link between the soundbar and the subwoofer. As a test try unplugging your router and see if the popping stops.
