Anyone care to post pictures of their recapped Monitor 7 crossovers???

I got my Sonic Caps yesterday, and couldn't wait to rip open the package. I was shocked at the physical size size of them. I haven't opened up my speakers yet, but I've seen pictures of the original cross overs. I'm not sure of the best way to lay these out and attach them to the crossover circuit board. If you can post pictures of your recapped boards, and give me some guidance, it would be much appreciated.
I have Dynamat, and some non-drying rope caulk, so I'm getting close to being ready to go. I haven't ordered the RDO-194 tweeters yet. I'm still recovering from the capacitor purchase.

Type in "7c crossover modification" in the search (upper right) and you will have some results, including when I had mine done. I'm still not up on pasting pages here on the forum. Are you replacing the old sand resistors as well? Many here use Mundorf Mox or Mills...Remember, when you're running from something, you're running to something...-me

Ditch the rope chaulk get some ameracell from home depot. Works good and if need to easier to get parts off down the line.

I'll comment further....if the stock gaskets are not damaged there's no reason to replace them at all.
Definitely upgrade the resistors.Political Correctness'.........defined

Since the pic I removed the electrolytic (it was a mistake!) but kept the bypass cap after A/B'ing.

Bypass caps are not needed when using film/foil caps. They create an artifact that may seem cool, but is not a characteristic one hears in live music. I found it really annoying.Political Correctness'.........defined

Thanks everyone. I did get Mills resistors too. Are the stock inductors OK?

I have used all stock inductors over again in my rebuilds. I have never seen a speaker inductor go bad but I am sure one could under harsh conditions. Now, if money was to permit I would take to replacing them with the good stuff like these cats here on CP do. The way I figure it we already have the best speakers around anyway even if they are stock.. Jealous you have the M7's though. I want some.
