Rotel RA1592 has arrived to pair with Emmas speakers

So we received the Rotel RA1592 integrated to pair with Sonus Faber Olympica 3. It is definitely a big hefty piece but still fits in the media console. We chose black as it is most incognito because silver kinda calls out to itself. My wife vetoed the stack option for the Rotel RC1590 preamp with the big dog Rotel RB1590 dual mono amplifier.

I had the Rotel RA1570 integrated in the system for 2 weeks prior to the arrival of our back ordered RA1592... And I was not very happy with the RA1570. The remote was ehh and the sound was ehh.

But this RA1592 is beastly. I am quite pleased with the sound I am getting. The remote is nicely laid out. The Bluetooth works. The internal dac is so convenient for all sources.

I plan on playing with this tonight and tomorrow and lugging it to the big system to compare it to the full Emm/Cary/Boulder stack.

I'll also be posting a review of the RA1570 vs RA1592 to help future buyers as there seems to be a lack of reviews though a calling for one on various forums including audiogon.
