BTW i have approx 1/2 yard left of cloth stright from polk left over that will do 2 grills this same size or smaller up for grabs. hit me up and will send ot to you free of charge. Doing this was kind of a pain to work with the cloth. You need Sharp **** cutters and patience.

good ol hot glue gun worked just fineLife without music would♭

Interesting how Polk used a staple gun on the bigger towers, guess they might not have as much patience as you Spaz. The 5B's are glued though.
Nice work, it looks good!Remember, when you're running from something, you're running to something...-me -

Well, I was building to a question of how he secured it prior to gluing, but now that I've been yelled at, I don't care...:pMore later,

laid the frame on the cloth and gaged by eye..approx 1" layover on all sides and made my cuts..layed out the hot glue and streched over (one side @ a time of course, top to bottom and side to side) and the left over i trimed with a razor blade for a nice clean mostly straight cut.Life without music would♭

I talked briefly to CS about this, so, in case anyone else wants to take on this project: they suggest using the old cloth as a template for the new cloth. Some of the new grilles don't have much overlap for guesstimates!

Keep your hair on guys! It's still useful info, and nobody's posted any better on the subject since that I could find. My speakers are a lot older than this thread and they need some help as requested here:
