Magnifi . Powers up but wont work

I have a brand new Magnifi . All lights are on, but no one home . Sub says it's connected. I have OPTICAL connected from TV out to Bar. Won't work in Bluetooth or Aux mode either. Anyone else have same prob?

Welcome to Polk's forum. As a test do you have a DVD player or satellite dish/cable receiver that you could use to make a digital connection to the bar?
