If you're going for status there are better choices.

I wouldn't choose the Murc if I had choices, I'd rather have the huracan.

But my heart is with the 488 in that price range.

But I've never been in one or even touched their steering wheel so I'm only stating from purely a very limited knowhow of the said cars.

Never got close to one... Best not to tempt the fates.

My 07 vette ragtop with a z51 package has been extremely reliable. Outside of tires once because the stock tires seemed to get hard and smooth like glass after 6 or7 years without a lot of miles on them, I haven't had to put anything into it. Granted I only have 22,500 miles on it...

My 03 Honda Pilot has over 200k and now both stepdaughters are driving it and it's still going strong. Heck we took it to Minnesota not long ago.

  • Here is my very own Lambo beater. That is stop light to stop light, and sure quarter mile. Beyond that it would be all over for me.....lol.

Funny how this thread came up. My friend wanted me to accompany him to the Ferrari dealership. He sat in the cars and talked with the sales staff. I never even touched a door handle... I don't tempt fate and I wanna keep the mystique undisturbed.

Was this a video about how to drive unsafely on a crowded highway, and how not to hold a cell phone when taking a video.....?
Made me almost puke watching that tiny sliver of video!

Is the fire extinguisher because you set yourself on fire a lot?

Or is it to ward off all the women throwing themselves at you as you try and step out of your car?

    Awesome car!
  • ^^lol...believe me, I have seen a lot of carbureted cars back in the day on fire. Although I am a very extinguished, I mean distinguished looking guy.

I made my choice back in August
That is a beautiful car. I drive a 2004 XJ-8 I picked up about a year and a half ago. Got her with 26k on the clock for less than 10k. I smile every time I get behind the wheel.

KM has been on ignore pretty much since their first post. Nice to know they still deserve the distinction.
