Polk Surroundbar3000 Subwoofer trouble

Hello. I have the PolkSoundbar3000 and the subwoofer stopped working. I cannot get the lights to light up and I've tried different cords.

Is there a fuse in this or a reset button?

I spend extra for the best and a bit disappointed that it just quits working.

Welcome to Polk's forum. I'm sorry there's a problem, the only thing to do is contact Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1, have the unit's serial number handy when you speak with them. Keep in mind this is an extremely busy time of the year, so be patient.
