A third receiver from the stereo closet. The Nakamichi TA-2A needs a solder jockey as it has no output unfortunately. The volume knob and balance ring need replacing as the original cracked at the mounting point (originals in box). The mechanism itself is fine. All other knobs, buttons and lights work. The case is in excellent shape. Working units fetch north of $200 on eBay because the STASIS circuit design by by the legendary Nelson Pass. $50 plus shipping, payment via PayPal. I bought a working one of these on another forum for my son. He's using it in his bedroom system at his place. When it arrived here, the volume knob was broken where yours is, right where the internal stem attaches to the inside of the knob. I was able to repair it with superglue. It works fine now.Main System:
