Looking for a power strip

I have an amp, preamp, tuner, CD player and turntable in a cabinet, all plugged into a power strip. I’m thinking about adding a second amp, a turntable lamp and a fan to help keep things cool. I think I want something easily accessible with a single switch to turn everything on. I see a few Furman M-8’s on CL. Would this be a good choice? It seems more geared to pro audio. If this isn’t good, what would you recommend? Can I get anything decent in the $100 range?

only an electrician is capable of making that big of a mess. Guessing 2 channel with maybe 3 components.
