Flashing Amber light

I bought a Polk audio woodbourne ( very expensive ) which was working yesterday, however when I plugged it in today it just has a flashing Amber light on the front which flashes for well over 30 minutes and nothing else. Can't do anything with it.
I emailed the Polk help website but had no reply.
Does anybody know what is wrong or how to fix it?

I did email them twice so far and not heard anything back. Phoning sounds expensive and after spending hundreds on the product I would expect a reply by email at the very least

Hello,
I'm sorry you're having a problem. Where do you live?
Regards, Ken -
Just an idea to try. Unplug the thing from the wall and let it sit for a few minutes and then plug it back in to see if anything changes. The new electronics are like computers. They need to be rebooted when something goes wrong. Try that and see what happens. If nothing you will need to call customer support.Polk S10, S8, S4

Definitely try a full reboot. I just emailed the director of customer service with a link to this thread so we will see if we can get you an answer fast.

I live in Southampton in the U.K., I wouldn't know how to reboot it, had an email saying it maybe in protection mode and needs a service. Will try again soon as it's been unplugged for over 12 hours.
Really gutted as it sounds awesome and I sold my beats sound box to get this one -
I'll check with Polk CS to see where service can be found.

Ok just had a reply from Polk. Was told that because I bought it from third party i.e. eBay it's not covered by the warranty also the warranty cannot be transferred.
Just to be clear, I'm not after a new replacement or free fix, I don't mind paying to have the problem fixed I just find it sad that Iv been told nothing can be done as I didn't buy it brand new.
Was after a solution not a middle finger.
