    Well, the pass through does not work on the new AVR. Severe handshake issue.....ugh

    Shoe size issue also. Getting old, but with lots of money, has many problems.

    If connecting your LCR and the BPs are robust enough, go for the BJC 10 ga - those channel's bass will thank you for it.

    ...Gauge is measured in total, so for the current it really doesn't care.
    Mario Andretti - "in racing, experience isn't everything. It's the only thing." For bass response/extension & dynamics in audio, gauge* isn't everything. It's the only thing.
    * & large surface area/tight connections

    Well, it seems my output settings on my cable box were not right. I adjusted it and the AVR it now working.

    Here are my home made cables, AQ 16/4, all 4 wires per channel, AQ silver plated copper nanners. So each speaker has 2 separate cables.8c9wsftoc1ln.jpg

    Seems to work pretty well for me, huge improvement over the 10 gauge I had been using (I don't remember the brand, it was just some cheap wire someone on here gave me, worked great when it was all I had)

    They were easy to build, I got the pugs with the set screws. I know you'll love what you went with, I had some sewell plugs for a wire, made for easy set up, but didn't sounds as good as my naks or bare wire.
