CS400i distortion

I've begun to use Room EQ Wizard with a calibrated UMIK-1 USB mic to take measurements. REW is reporting a high amount of THD distortion (13-20%) from the CS400i in the ~500-700Hz range. The THD for the remainder of my speakers is typically below 3%.
I've moved the speaker from a high mounted shelf to a carpeted floor and changed angles also, it hasn't changed the readings. There is not any obvious physical damage to the drivers. Is this a concern, and if yes, any suggested solutions?

Hi JIm, quick question, is the CS400i set to large in AVR? If so, try setting to small and running at 80 hz. crossover. I'm not sure if it will make any__ difference, worth a try. Also, can you see if there might be a tear on one of the drivers?

Can you hear distortion on anything you play, like movies or music, or is it just with the test tones ?HT SYSTEM-

I just picked up a CS400I recently, the owner had them for a long time and they are in grest shape. Not sure if he was the original owner but he said he never touched them.
I already have a CS400 so I'm familiar with the sound, when I hooked this one up I immediately noticed something was off. The sound was real bad and lacked bass, was almost painful to listen to paired with the SDA's especially for movie dialogue.
I pulled the drivers and noticed everything was hooked up correctly, the crossovers were original.
Then I did the 1.5V battery test just to be sure and one of the mids were out of phase. I pulled the crossover again and the woofers, the crossover hasn't been touched, the large and small tabs were on the correct posts, but one of the drivers was wired backwards and it looks like either someone replaced the crossover or it was a factory defect....I can't imagine Polk wired one backwards but it looked perfectly fine.
Once I spliced and reconnected the two leads the speaker sounds good.
Just something to check.
The CS400 I have was fine, it was the CS400i that was wrong. -
