Polk Magnifi Voice low

Hi there,
Last fall I got the Polk Magnifi Sound bar. It was sounding great, but recently, the vocals in music is very low, and it seems to only happen on music, strange, I know.
I've tested a number of sources, via the optical connection playing music on YouTube from my Tivo, bluetooth from my phone, bluetooth from my laptop, and music playing right from my Xbox One. They all result in very very low vocals.
Now movies and TV seem to sound fine, but it could be that there is no instruments over powering the voice/vocals.
I tried looking for a reset option on my Magnifi, but was unable to find one.
Does anyone have any idea what may be going on?

Welcome to Polk's forum. My advice would be to contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 select option 1, they have a tremendous amount of experience with the Magni Fi system.
