Also, I would say hi end audio in plano, magnolia in frisco, modia in frisco. there's also audio concepts in dallas.

Never done a transaction with Skip but he as gave me plenty of advice on gears. I'm pretty sure he won't lead you in the wrong direction. Also Marantz did make a pre amp. Not to sure of the exact model (700?) but when I was doing my research on my Yamaha cxa 5000 the Marantz was mentioned plenty of time.Epson 3020 projector. Da Lite screen. Oppo 103. Yamaha CXA5000. B&K 7250ii. HSU VTF2. Def Tech Supercube 4000. Polk Rtia9 CsiA6 FxiA6. Monster hts 2600. Home theater.
Bedroom consist of NHT model 2 powered by Parasound hca1200ii coming from my computer.

I do have the Marantz 7005 preamp... it is intended for HT use, but I use it solely for 2 channel listening and enjoy it with my Polk LSiM 705s.
