Thanks all for your inputs, it has mad a world of difference in my sound quality.

Here is how I have configured:
    Pioneer VSX-1120 receiver
    Polk RTiA9 (L ,R) through Amp- B&K 4420
    Polk CSiA6 (C) through Parasound 1200
    Polk Monitor 40 (Rear L/R)
Polk Monitor 40 Rear Surround (L/R) through Adcom GFA 545
    HSU STF-2 Powered Subwoofer

Initially, I thought of only keeping only one of these Amps, but after trying few combinations, it really appeared to be much better with this combination.
I tried both Parasound and B&K for RTiA9 and for some reasons found B&K better.

Any comments on my combination, any change needed? Also, how could I use Monitor70 in this combination, would rear benefit if Monitor 70 is put instead?

Sounds like a pretty nice setup. I mentioned earlier that tower speakers work good for me as side surrounds. Probably won't make much difference on HT, but if you listen to multi-channel music it may be better, may not. Can only try and find out.
Lexicon RT-10, Parasound P5, McCormack DNA 0.5, Polk SDA CRS+, SVS Sub
Schiit Modi, Luminous Audio Axiom II, McCormack DNA-1, Digital Phase AP 2
Marantz AV7701, Emotiva XPA-5, Paradigm 11se Mkii, DCM Time Windows, NHT 2C, SVS Sub

Spares - Kenwood C1 Pre, NAD 2200PE, Polk Monitor 10B, Polk Model 11, other odds and ends

Thanks JPete, let me try that this weekend. It does not hurt to experiment on that.

I put my Monitor70 through Adcom GFA 545 as my rear speakers. It has made a HUGE difference in sound quality. Thanks for suggesting this, now I am going to keep these speakers. Only issue is that it does not look great as floor standing - earlier I had wall mount bookshelf speakers.
