Ah, then not much choice, one sub on each channel.

Hello,
If you wire each of the two subs in parallel the load will be 2 ohms, your amplifier can produce 800watts into a 2 ohm load for left and right channels.
The sub's owner's manual will show how to wire the voice coils in parallel.
