Power keeps shutting off

My brand new Polk Magnifi soundbar shuts off after 2 minutes, I have tried moving the power plug to different outlets and even used a power strip but had the same result. Any clue what could be the solution?

    The problem may be related to the strength of the incoming signal, if possible increase the source's input to the bar. If that doesn't work Polk's CS is available weekends, give a call tomorrow at 1-800-377-7655 and have the unit's serial number and sales receipt handy. They'll take good care of you.
