in Troubleshooting
5 years old...no blue light on front...checked small a/c fuse at power cord location..ok. Changed remote battery...still nothing. Notice small power light on rear panel does not illuminate...not green or red. Switched from auto to on and standby....still nothing. What next?

    Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood there is a problem with the bass amplifier. The best thing to do is contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 for service options. Polk will take care of the problem quickly.
