Psw110 no power

I have a PSW110 that I bought second hand. The DOM says 04 09, so I'm assuming that's April 2009? Anyways, it was working fine for about 6 months, but I just noticed that I wasn't hearing any bass. Checked the sub and it appears to be dead. The power LED will not light up. I plugged my iPhone into the line in using an RCA-1/8in cord to be sure, and I'm not getting any sound. I took off the back panel and checked the fuse, and it is fine (filament intact). Any idea what could be wrong? The only thing I haven't been able to check is the power cord b/c I don't have a spare. If the amp is fried I don't know how that would have happened. I'm going from the sub out of a Denon AVR-S510BT to the LFE input with a LPF at 100hz. Is there any way my setup could be wrong to blow the amp?
Thanks
Thanks

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood it was nothing that you did to cause the unit to stop working. The problem is usually caused by failure of the power supply filter capacitors and sometimes the output power device. Polk can advise you about possible solutions by telephone at 1-800-377-7655, let them know you have become a member of Club Polk.
