Magnifi One powers off after 10mins

My dad and I own a Magnifi One Soundbar/woofer. After 10 minutes of watching tv, listening to music (not through bluetooth), or using our XBox the soundbar will power down. This is our second unit as the first once got sent back to Polk due to the same issue.

We have no idea what may be causing this but it is quite annoying. We've had this unit since about Christmas or just before.

Any suggestions?

    Welcome to Polk's forum. Probably the best thing to do id contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 later on today. In all likelihood the problem is a result of the level of incoming signal, but I'm sure Polk can help.
