SDA-2 Interconnect

I am new to this site but have been a Polk fan for a long time. I recently acquired a set of SDA-2 with the SL-1000 tweeters and three mid woofers. I am constructing my own interconnect cable which was not with the speakers. I am using the Neutrik connectors. My question is whether the interconnect wiring between the speakers is straight thru.
Terminal 1 on the left goes to terminal 1 on the right?

Best to remove the binding post plates to check. Black or blue is positive, green or white is negative.

The Interconnect is straight through, 1+ to 1+, 1- to 1-. Inside the speakers, one of them is reversed.

Thank you. I am also redoing the crossovers point to point. I am confused as to what really happens to the signal between the speakers thru the interconnect. The left has the positive feed to one terminal and the right has the positive to the opposite terminal as you stated westmassguy. Can you enlighten me?

The Interconnect on the 1st through 3rd generation SDAs carry the full Positive+ signal from the opposite speaker. You don't want to tie the two together. It will short the amplifier. Ask me how I know
