Surroundbar 9500BT

Hello all,
Hoping that I can find help here, recently bought a "Surroundbar 9500BT" for some reason it does not work with 65" Panasonic plasma tv "Model# tc-p65v10". I noticed every time when TV power on the remote come with the Surroundbar or touch button on Surroundbar wouldn't response, if I turn off the TV and the Surroundbar work just fine. Bottom line if no video signals sent to TV through HDMI cable no issue with the Surroundbar.
Here is my setup:
DirectTV box HDMI to Panasonic TV
Optical from DTV box to Surroundbar 9500BT
