Need help in choosing home theater setup....

I am currently using a 7.1 onkyo receiver with an acoustech ht-65 center, Polk m10 front, and polk rti4 back and a definitive tech prosub 800 sub that I got for about $500

Would I be stupid to switch to a monitor 50 back, csm black center, 4 r15s front and sides for about 400?

    I'm not up on older Polk Monitors. Is the CSM and the M10s of the same lineage? Same tweeters? If they are, go for it! What you put for surrounds is not THAT important. Otherwise, put the RTis in front and get a CSi center.
    The point being, match your "front three".

    I had four R15s with the matching CSi25 center paired with an SVS 20-39PCi driven by an HK AVR 340. I was very happy with that set up. No complaints whatsoever except that I shouldn't have parted with it.
