swa500 will not go on stand by when set toggle to auto

I have 2 csw 155 paired with swa 500 ,was working fine for a few months then recently ,when I shut my home theater equipment down all will shut down but the swa500 will not instead there is a popping sound every few mins coming from the csw155 .i have emailed and called tech support but have not got a reply since the automated reply from march 26 2016,the phone is always busy ,my set up is less than a year old,can anyone help please?
