Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. The best person to contact will be Kim Jasper at Kim.Jasper@soundunited.com. He may be a couple of days responding, he is in the process of moving to a new location.
Regards, Ken -
In the last 3 months, my PolkAudio Isonic began having this same problem. At times the buttons on top would not work. Occasionally I would have to repeatedly press the On button, sometimes 15 or 20 times, to get it to turn on or off. Then the volume buttons became unresponsive. This morning it would not come on at all. Can this be repaired? If so, is Kim Jasper still the person to contact? Thanks for any information you can provide.
Best, Greg -
Yes, he would be the person to contact.
