SDA 2 version 2 speakers to common ground amps

Hello, I've just purchased a pair of these speakers and would like to know if either my Harman Kardon Citation 16 or my Carver HR772 will have the common ground you require. Please let me know. Thank you.

Receivers are common ground BUT some SDA2a for example are 4ohm and lower they will not be very kind to most receivers.

    There are many SDA2's

    SDA2
    SDA2a
    SDA2b easier on receivers
    SDA2.3

Which do you have? Add some pictures for us.

Perhaps someone could provide him a link to Westguy's site so that they can make a positive picture identification

@pitdogg2 The 2.3's don't really belong on this list unless there SDA SRS's.

    I believe gen 1 - 3 are 4 Ohm and gen 4 & 5 are 6 Ohm.

As far as I know there are at least 5 versions of the SDA 2's and 4 versions of the SDA SRS 2's.

    SDA 2's: (Note: some 2B's had a MW6510 in place of the MW6503, Early 1987 models had a blade/Blade I.C. (b/B I.C.) instead of the pin/Blade I.C. (p/B I.C.)

    1. SDA 2, (original) 2 side by side SL1000's, 3 MW6600x, 1 SW120 PR (transitional)
    2. SDA 2, 2 side by side SL2000's, 3 MW6600x or 3 MW6501, 1 SW120 PR
    3. SDA 2a, 1 SL2000, 2 MW6510, 1 SW121 PR
    4. SDA 2B 1987(Studio), 1 x SL2000, 1 x MW6503, 1 x MW6511, SW121 PR
    5. SDA 2B 1989(Real Wood), 1 x SL2000, 1 x MW6503, 1 x MW6511, SW121 PR

    SDA SRS 2's:

    1. SRS SDA 2 (1986), 2x SL2000, 4 x MW6509, SW150 PR (b/B I.C.)
    2. SDA SRS 2 (1987), 2x SL2000, 2 x MW6511, 2 x MW6510, SW155 PR (p/B I.C)
    3. SDA SRS 2.3, 3 x SL2000 2 x MW6511, 2 x MW6513, 2 x MW6510, SW155 PR
    4. SDA SRS 2.3TL, 3 x SL3000 6 x MW6510, SW155 PR

@pitdogg2 I hear ya and meant no disrespect but don't you just love it when someone jumps on here and posts something like "I've got a pair of SDA's and XYZ amp/receiver, will this work, can you help please. As far as I know there are as many as 29 different models of SDA's it would be nice if they would be more specific.
