Why am i blowing channels on my receiver?

All i have is a pair of 5YR OLD rti-A7s. They're hooked up to a Outlaw Audio rs2150.
In five yrs i burned up a channel at least twice.. Outlaw says, it a Speaker impedance / wiring fault.
I pulled out all the speakers and tested ohms. All the ohms match for the Mids, Tweets and Sub's. The crossovers look and smell perfect. I checked basic continuity on PCB's; boards match.
Is there any other field tests i can do before buying new crossovers?

Maybe you are playing it too loud.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable
Sony XA-5400ES SACD; Pass XP-22 pre; X600.5 amps
Magico S5 MKII Mcast Rose speakers; SPOD spikes
Shunyata Triton v3/Typhon QR on source, Denali 2000 (2) on amps
Shunyata Sigma XLR analog ICs, Sigma speaker cables
Shunyata Sigma HC (2), Sigma Analog, Sigma Digital, Z Anaconda (3) power cables
Mapleshade Samson V.3 four shelf solid maple rack, Micropoint brass footers
Three 20 amp circuits. -
They are 8 ohm nominal speakers, not a difficult load. BlueFox's comment has serious merit. At what volume level are you listening?Political Correctness'.........defined

If your using bare wire ends to connect the speakers, make sure the wire in the posts on either end doesn't touch an adjoining post or other wire.
Could be your playing them too loud also or the receiver is in need of repair.HT SYSTEM-

Tony I'm guessing that if this receiver has been repaired "at least TWICE" then we may be able to rule that out. sound like they are over driving the receiver into severe clipping....sound to me that you are very lucky you are not blow drivers and tweeters

If it's been repaired twice already, maybe a third time is in order. Can't rule it out, something he's doing is clipping that receiver and it should have no problems driving the 7's to pretty frickin' loud levels.
Maybe he's using the A-B switch to ghetto bi-amp them, then burying the volume dial, I dunno. Need more info.HT SYSTEM-

Outlaw lists the RR-2150 as 4 ohm stable and do say the A & B speakers can be run at the same time if both pairs are no lower than an 8 ohm load.
Wouldn't the speakers normally let go before the amp in a clipping situation?

Do you have anything covering up the vents?Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.

Not all the time Depending on how the speakers are hooked up the the receiver/amp it could be seeing a 2ohm load and this in turn could fry parts because of excessive heat and or voltage.
I'm not saying that this is what is going on in this situation just answering your question
