Sub for Surroundbar IHT 6000 has suddenly died

Hello all, I've had my surroundbar with the wireless sub for a little over three years now. Everything has worked great up until yesterday when we moved to a new place. Until now the sub had not hardly moved since I bought it except for cleaning purposes, but since I brought it up to the new place it has suddenly stopped working. It hasn't been dropped or knocked around at all as far as I know. The surroundbar it self still works fine, but I can't get the sub to power on. Not even the LED light in the back will turn on. Is there an internal fuse that could have gone out? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Welcome to Polk's forum. The best place to begin is with Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 and have the unit's serial number and date and place of purchase handy when you call. I believe they are available today.

My IHT 6000 sub did the same thing. Did you ever find out what happened?
